Abhijit Dubey

Global Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer, Europe

Abhijit Dubey is Global Chief Executive Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer, Europe, for NTT Ltd. He manages the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations and profitability for the region.

He also has overall responsibility for ensuring we remain deeply relevant for our clients and bringing technology closer to their business strategies and operations, as well as running a purpose-led, performance driven and profitable business.

He joined the company in February 2021 from McKinsey and Company, where he most recently served as a Senior Partner and core leader of the Global Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) Practice. He has advised technology companies, including NTT, for over 20 years on a range of challenges including strategy, Go-to-Market transformation, product and software development, delivery excellence, organizational effectiveness, M&A and post-merger integration.

With a strong track record in helping elevate the performance and profitability of his clients, Abhijit has experience across all areas of our business including telecommunications, data centers, end user systems, enterprise software and IT services. During his tenure with McKinsey, Abhijit has also led the North America Software practice and the global cloud computing practice, which he founded.

Prior to McKinsey, Abhijit worked at Schlumberger as a Senior Field Engineer in the Oilfield Services business (Wireline logging business group) in North Africa.

Abhijit is currently based in Seattle, U.S.A. and will be moving to London in mid-2021 with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Abhijit enjoys travelling with his family, cooking, reading, watching movies and playing board games.

David Hubert

Senior Vice President, Go To Market Practices, Europe

David is Senior Vice President, Go to Market Practices for NTT Ltd in Europe. He is responsible for development and positioning of NTT Ltd solution and services portfolio on the European market, and its relevance to NTT Ltd clients.

Previously, David was General Manager of NTT Aerospace & Defense business unit, leading one of the largest and most strategic set of clients in NTT European business. He joined NTT limited in 2003 where is held different positions, including being the Services Director of the French operating company.

David is dotted with a Master in Science with specialization in telecommunication and computer science from the Polytechnique institute of Grenoble.

He lives in Paris area where he enjoys life with his wife and 3 children. He regularly escapes for ski trips in the Alps, and has strong interest in saxophone, handball and running.

Dirk Behrens

Chief Financial Officer, Europe

Dirk Behrens is the Chief Finance Officer for NTT Ltd. in Europe and responsible for Finance, Finance Operations, Strategic Sourcing & Logistics, Commercial and Legal & Compliance. Dirk is also part of the European Executive team and reports into Andrew Coulsen.

Dirk studied business administration and law and has an MBA and an LL.M from the University of Münster. He has extensive experience in Finance & Controlling. His most recent role was as the CFO of Dimension Data Germany and before that he was the CFO & Managing Director at British Telecom, where he was responsible for Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Commercial and Supply Chain Management. He was with BT from January 2008 until July 2018. Dirk is married and the father of two children. His hobbies are fitness, travelling and juggling.

Maria Grant

Senior Vice President, Services Delivery, Europe

Maria has worked in this industry for 31 years. She has had an excellent grounding in the Service Provider industry working for BT for 12 years before moving into VAR and then the Managed Services business.

Apart from four years as an Account Manager, Maria has always worked in a Services role and loved it.  Her career has been built from the ground up, from taking client calls on a service desk to where she is today.

Maria has been with Dimension Data nearly six years, before her current role, she was the UK&I Services Director.  She formally started in her current role of SVP Europe Services Delivery on 1 October 2018. 

Outside of work Maria enjoys spending her free time outdoors in the UK or in Norway with her partner who is a Norwegian. They have a Lake cabin at Lyseren and a mountain cabin at Hedalen.

Mark Paterson

Senior Vice President Go To Market Managed Services, Europe

Mark is responsible for portfolio management, sales and governance for NTT Ltd.'s managed services portfolio in Europe including: Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Management, Application Management, Security, Networking, Application Management & ITO. Mark has been in the IT industry for over 20 years, working across a variety of roles in Go to Market & sales leadership. He is experienced in leading Business Development, Marketing, Offer Management, Architecture Practices, and Client Success.

Roberto Del Corno

Senior Vice-President Sales & Global Business, Europe

As Senior Vice-President Sales & Global Business Europe, Roberto is part of the European Executive Committee and leads the company's sales strategy, operations and execution across the region. He is also driving the global sales strategy and governance for selected large international clients headquartered in Europe.

Prior to this role Roberto was a long-time member of Dimension Data Europe's senior management team, first as Managing Director of Italy and Spain, and later as European Chief Operating Officer. He also held executive positions in the integration committee that led to the creation of NTT Ltd.

Roberto lives in Monza with his wife and two children. He is very passionate about music, and in his spare time he likes watching and practicing sports.

Rupert Wadsworth

Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Europe

Rupert is responsible for Marketing strategy and planning for the European region which includes demand generation, branding and internal and external communications. 

Previously, he has held roles in Country, Region and Global Marketing teams in Telecommunications and IT companies throughout his career. 

He began with Scitor a SITA Group Company, and following roles in Marketing Communications and Channel Partner Management he held European and Global Marketing management roles with Global Tele-Systems and internet Venture Capitalist CMGI. 

In early 2000 he joined Equant responsible for Global Client Communications and Events before joining Dimension Data as Head of Marketing UK in 2005 moving into the European Marketing Director role in 2014.  

Rupert holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Lancashire.

Scott Carolan

Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Optimisation, Europe

Scott has held many senior positions in his 20 years in the IT industry.  He is a qualified accountant, trained at Grant Thornton.  After qualifying, he moved into the IT industry starting with an e-commerce design company running the finance department.

He moved to Dimension Data UK in 2003 where he held several senior Finance roles.  He started the Commercial function in the UK which went on to become a key enabler for the business.

In 2012, Scott moved into the European regional team as Operations Transformation Director where he managed a significant integration of an acquired business.

Since October 2019 Scott has held the position of SVP – Operations & Optimisation.

In this role he is leading the European IT team, business applications, Business Intelligence, and the owner of the Transformation team that runs our regional transformation programs.  

Victoria Ward

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Europe

Victoria Ward is the lead HR Business Partner for the European region, working with CoE’s in the planning and execution of HR initiatives to achieve a smooth integration of three entities across 17 countries in region

Lived and schooled in UK, Malta and South Africa, her multicultural background gives her an excellent understanding of European and South African employment practices, Works Councils/Unions and cultural considerations.

Senior human resources business partner with 20 years’ experience, Victoria has acted as coach, mentor and mediator, working within global organisations in the BPO and ITC sectors. She has for example, successfully enabled the growth of an organisation from 100 – 5000 employees, led the HR function of a major acquisition across 13 countries and 2000 acquired employees but has also experience working across other business functions of account management and operations.

Victoria is most happy when she is exploring and enjoying good food, wine and company.
