John Lombard

Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific

John Lombard joined NTT Ltd. (previously known as Dimension Data Asia Pacific) as the CEO in May 2016 and has over 30 years of leadership and management consulting experience. NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 brands, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.

Prior to NTT, John worked for SAP as Head of Services for Asia Pacific Japan. During his stint at SAP, he was responsible for services and support across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific Japan region and was central to driving the company’s Cloud Services, Consulting, Custom Development and Education portfolio. John has also served as the CEO and Managing Director of Crowe Howarth, the largest publicly listed business advisory and accounting firm in Australia and New Zealand.

John is the co-founder of #HeforShe for LeanIn Asia, which helps create an environment that enables women to #LeanIn to their careers and passions. He also serves on the board of directors of Very Special Arts Singapore. John holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.

Cen Lee

Senior Vice President, Legal, Asia Pacific

Cen Lee is Senior Vice President, Legal, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. In his role, Cen manages legal, regulatory and compliance matters for Asia Pacific.

Cen joined the company as Senior Legal Counsel in September 2009, when it was known as NTT Com Asia Limited in Hong Kong.

He subsequently headed the Legal & Compliance Division and became a member of the executive team and Corporate Ethics & Compliance Committee.

Cen holds a Bachelor of Arts at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Manchester in England and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong. He was admitted by the High Court in Hong Kong as a barrister-at-law in 2005.

Esther Quah

Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Asia Pacific

Esther Quah is appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd.

In her role, Esther is responsible for developing and driving an integrated marketing and corporate communications program to enhance client experience and employee engagement, as well as to position the company for strong sustainable growth, industry leadership and market differentiation.

Esther joined the company in October 2005 as Head of Marketing when the company was then listed as Datacraft Asia Ltd in the Singapore Stock Exchange, before it was rebranded as Dimension Data in May 2011. With over 30 years’ experience in brand building, marketing and corporate communications, and management leadership.

Esther has successfully built the company’s strong brand from scratch after its public listing, undertaken three major exercises to rebrand the company, and transformed the marketing organisation to focus on digital and revenue marketing.

Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) 2nd Upp Class from National University of Singapore.

Jan Wuppermann

Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Operations, Asia Pacific

Jan Wuppermann is Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Operations, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. In his role, Jan is for the development of the company’s corporate and business unit strategy, and the implementation of the strategy consistently across Asia Pacific.

He also manages key partner relationships, as well as the company’s merger and acquisitions. Jan also leads Business Operations covering Commercial, Procurement, IT and Shared Services in Asia Pacific. Jan joined the company in February 2017, when it was known as Dimension Data Asia Pacific.

With over 20 years of extensive international experience in the information technology, Telecoms and consulting industry, Jan brings with him a deep understanding of mobile, fixed, internet and content dynamics in highly competitive mature and emerging markets.

Jan graduated from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Koblenz) with a Masters of Business Administration as well as joined the MBA programmes in the Helsinki School of Economics & Business Administration and ESSEC – International Business School in Paris.

Johan van Vuuren

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific

Johan van Vuuren is Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. Johan is responsible for developing, leading and executing Human Resources strategies, policies and programs in the Asia Pacific region.

His current portfolio also includes CSR and Business Continuity Support. Johan joined the company in 2006 when the company was then listed as Datacraft Asia Ltd in the Singapore Stock Exchange, before it was rebranded as Dimension Data in May 2011.

Johan holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce as well as MA (Cape Town) and MSc (HEC-Paris) degrees. He completed a Diploma in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Oxford & HEC – Paris).

A registered Industrial Psychologist, he has spoken on People and Culture topics in business conferences across the Africa, Middle East and Asia regions.

Kiran Bhagwanani

Senior Vice President, GTM, Asia Pacific

Kiran Bhagwanani was appointed Senior Vice President – GTM, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. on 30 April 2020. In his role, Kiran leads the newly formed Go-to-Market business with broad accountability for sales performance, solution practices and alliance partnership across Asia Pacific. He is responsible for driving sales and delivering end-to-end solutions to market that are strategically aligned with the organization’s sales capability and its key partner ecosystem.

Kiran was appointed CEO, India for NTT Ltd. on 1 October 2019 and is responsible for managing P&L, increasing market share, driving new strategic and transformational initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and employee development.

Kiran joined Dimension Data India as the CEO in February 2011. Under his leadership, the India business has set a stellar record with profitable growth for eight consecutive years, making it one of the fastest growing and most profitable businesses in Dimension Data. Before the integration to NTT Ltd., Kiran was CEO – Japan, India and New Zealand. Kiran was earlier associated with HCL Technologies for 15 years and holds a rich experience of over 29 years in the IT sector. He is excited about the ever-accelerating digital disruption and the way organizations now consume more technology while owning and managing less, availing cost benefit.

In-line with his passion for the vital role that people play in shaping the culture of high-performance organizations, Kiran has also conceptualized and propagated “Our People First” (OPF) in NTT Ltd. India – an employee focused program to create a positive, engaging and rewarding employee experience. As a member, he also takes interest in industry groups like Young President’s Organization (YPO) and the Indian Management Association’s CEO Forum.

Manabu Kahara

Senior Vice President, Japan Multi-national Clients, Asia Pacific

Manabu Kahara is Senior Vice President, Japanese Multi-national Clients, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. In his role, Manabu is responsible for expanding NTT’s business with Japanese Multi-national clients in Asia Pacific. He works closely with these companies to position NTT as a technology partner of choice, while collaborating with sales teams around the region to constantly improve customer satisfaction.

Manabu was previously President of NTT Communications (Thailand) Co., Ltd and CEO of Digital Port Asia Co., Ltd. Bangkok, Thailand. As President and CEO, Manabu managed the Data Center Business, Cloud Services, various network and System Integration services across Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.

Manabu joined NTT in 1989, and he has over 30 years’ experience in ICT service. In his tenure with NTT, Manabu spent over 20 years in Sales with Japanese customers and 14 years working on the ICT business in China. From 2009 to 2015, he was Vice President for NTT Communications China Co., Ltd, responsible for sales across 10 offices in China.

As Chairman of the ICT Committee and Digital Committee of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok, Manabu has been leading the digital industry of Japanese companies in Thailand since 2015.

Stanley Ip

Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific

Stanley Ip is Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. In his role, Stanley oversees all aspects of the finance function, including financial strategy, financial operations, accounting, financial planning and budgeting, reporting and analysis, client financing, and tax across 15 countries.

Stanley has over 30 years of global and regional experience in the IT industry, and most recently served as CFO at Dimension Data Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2019.

During this time, he had privatized the company, successfully integrated two acquisitions, and raised operating profits by 2.5 times.

Stanley is a strong believer in digitization when it comes to Finance and has led several automation projects in Dimension Data Asia Pacific. Stanley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Stephen Wise

Senior Vice President, Consulting, Asia Pacific

Stephen Wise is Senior Vice President, Consulting, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. In his role, Stephen is responsible for building and running the Consulting practice in 15 countries.

Stephen has 32 years of professional experience, with over 18 years of leading consulting practices, responsible for managing, leading and growing teams focused on consistently delivering client value.

Stephen was previously the Director of Consulting for Dimension Data Asia Pacific, and has a particular strength in the development of integrated, cross-disciplinary teams, through building and nurturing talent. This is vital in a region where consulting teams consist of resources from across the world.

He has substantial experience of delivering successful client engagements across a range of consulting domains, such as Business and IT Strategy; Financial, Human Resource and Supply Chain Process Optimisation; ERP-led Transformation; Application Development; and Application Maintenance.

Tim Cavill

Senior Vice President, MS GTM, Asia Pacific

Tim Cavill is Senior Vice President, MS GTM, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. In his role, Tim is responsible for driving and accelerating the sales of NTT’s services offerings in Asia Pacific. Tim brings extensive experience in leading complex managed services engagements both domestically and across the region. He will work with the sales teams to focus on driving high-value Managed Services offers into our key client segmentations and markets.

Prior to his current appointment, Tim was Senior Vice President for NTT Ltd. in Australia and a member of the NTT Ltd. Australian Executive Committee. He first joined the company in April 2019 when it was known as Dimension Data Australia, having previously lead BT Australasia as Regional Managing Director. Tim’s experience includes senior executive roles with SAP, Managing Director Orange Business Services and International SOS.

Tim is passionate about the value of building diversity and creating sustainable high-performance teams. He has operated as a Non-Executive Director for ASX listed entities, and currently mentors a number of software businesses in the education sector.

He is an advisor to Indigenous Business Australia. Tim also serves as a Councillor with the Australian British Chamber of Commerce, a role he has held since 2014.

Wong Wen Ming

Senior Vice President, Global Business, Asia Pacific

Wong Wen Ming was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Business, Asia Pacific of NTT Ltd. on 30 April 2020. In his role, Wen Ming is responsible for the global business focusing on delivering business values to global clients in the Asia region. His emphasis is to work in alignment with NTT Inc, NTT Data, docomo, NTT Advanced Technology and the other NTT group entities to offer the full-stack of digital transformation and high value services.

Wen Ming was most recently Senior Vice President, Sales, Asia Pacific, NTT Ltd., where he led the company’s salesforce in delivering profitable growth and in ensuring positive client experience. NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 businesses, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.

Wen Ming joined the company in 1995 when the company was then listed as Datacraft Asia Ltd in the Singapore Stock Exchange, before it was rebranded as Dimension Data in May 2011. With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Wen-Ming has previously held several key management positions, including Country Executive positions in Japan, China, Malaysia and Hong Kong, he was also leading the Telecom Service Provider Business, Director of Business Solutions Group, Director of Marketing and CTO. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Telecom Solutions Group and General Manager of iBOSS.

He holds a First Class Honours degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Essex, UK.

Png Kim Meng

CEO,  ASEAN

Png Kim Meng is CEO – ASEAN sub-region of NTT Ltd. Based in Singapore, Kim Meng is responsible for the company’s strategic development and operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines.

Kim Meng joined the company when the company was then listed as Datacraft Asia Ltd in the Singapore Stock Exchange, before it was rebranded as Dimension Data in May 2011.

With 26 years of IT industry experience, Kim Meng has held several key management positions in the company.

He was most recently Managing Director of Dimension Data Singapore, where he was responsible for the general management of the country’s operations and directing business activities to ensure continued growth and profitability.

Kim Meng holds a Master of Business Administration in Business.

Taichi Hiramatsu

CEO,  North Asia

Taichi Hiramatsu is CEO, North Asia sub-region of NTT Ltd. Taichi leads the entire North Asia business, including sales, delivery, operations and profitability in the North Asia region, covering Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Taichi joined NTT in 1991 and has since held many leadership roles across product development, business development, and corporate planning.

Prior to his current role, Taichi led the NTT Communications Managed Services department, where he oversaw the new services development, and initiated the formation of the global Go-To-Market team to expand managed services to global market.

Taichi holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School, and Cisco CCIE Routing and Switches certification. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, particularly, baseball, skiing and golf.

Tania Balcombe

Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand

Tania is the Chief Executive Officer, ANZ for NTT Ltd. She manages the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for Australia and New Zealand.

Tania was previously Senior Vice President, Go-to-Market and Chief Marketing Officer for Australia, executing our go-to-market strategy and managing all vendor and partner alliances. In 2015-16, Tania was also State Manager for our Victorian and South Australian branch operations.

Tania combines IT industry experience, deep business understanding and strategic thinking. She is passionate about the client experience and building a culture of excellence.

Tania holds a Bachelor of Business from University of Technology, Sydney with a double major in Marketing and Management. She is based in Sydney and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children and dog.

Alex Lu

CEO, China

Alex Lu was appointed CEO, China of NTT Ltd. on 1 October 2019. As the CEO, Alex is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT Ltd. in China.  NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 businesses, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.

Alex was previously General Manager, Dimension Data China for six years. Under his leadership, Dimension Data China doubled the business and was ranked among Dimension Data’s Top Performing Countries in Asia Pacific for three consecutive years. Dimension Data brought leading global industry experience and new technology into China and helped Chinese enterprises to achieve sustainable business innovation and rapid growth. Alex and team also helped many Chinese companies expand beyond China successfully and worked with local and overseas partners to realize their digital transformation objectives.

Alex believes in working with vendor partners in China to provide client-centric intelligent and innovative industry solutions and services. He has a vision of making NTT Ltd. the leading technology services provider in China that will help clients to overcome their digital transformation challenges, while driving improvements in operation capabilities and productivity.

With over 30 years of market development and enterprise management experience in large international IT corporations in China and overseas, Alex has held various senior executive roles such as Country  Manager of Sun Microsystems in China, Country  Manager of Systems Business  in Oracle China , and the Executive VP  and COO of TeamSun Technology Co,Ltd .

Zhang Jianming

CEO, NTT Communications China

As the Chairman and CEO of NTT Communications China, Jianming Zhang is responsible for all facets of the business. Jianming has a proven executive management track record and over 25 years of experience in driving sales growth in the global ICT industry.  He has been leading NTT Communications China as the current position for nine years to drive continued momentum for the company’s system integration, networking and IT management businesses.

Since becoming CEO of NTT Communications China in March 2011, NTT group’s first non-Japanese president of its subsidiary, Jianming, having deep understanding of telecommunications environment and Chinese law, has built good relations with local enterprises and actively recruiting human resources to expand ICT solution services in China and he was awarded as New Leader of China's Economy.  This award was given in recognition of these efforts as “an extraordinary contribution to China’s economic development as an outstanding Chinese head of foreign companies”.  Prior to joining NTT Communications China, Jianming was Director of Global Business Division of NTT Communications Corporation, responsible for all sales and marketing strategy in China.

Frank Liao

CEO, Taiwan

Frank Liao is CEO, Taiwan of NTT Ltd, responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT Ltd. in Taiwan.

Frank joined the company as General Manager in September 2011, when it was still known as Dimension Data Taiwan.

Prior to Dimension Data, he was the Country General Manager of Technology Services of HP Taiwan, leading sales, business development and services delivery operation.

Frank has over 25 years of leadership and management experience, and he holds an Executive Master Degree of Business Administration from the National Cheng Chi University, Taipei, Taiwan.

Hendra Lesmana

CEO, NTT Indonesia Solutions

Hendra Lesmana is appointed CEO, NTT Indonesia Solutions of NTT Ltd. on 1 October 2019.  As the CEO, Hendra leads NTT Indonesia Solutions business units to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.  Hendra is also focused on bringing intelligent technology offerings to the market and deliver on the company’s growth strategies. NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 businesses, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.

Hendra was previously Country General Manager for Dimension Data Indonesia since 2015. Prior to this role, Hendra took on a 7-months stint as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, where he proved to be a strong leader with vision, professionalism and passion for clients, employees and the company. Coupled with his relentless drive to execute and excel, Hendra has been a source of inspiration to his team.

Hendra has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the ICT services industry, with the last 15 years of his most productive years in Dimension Data where he started his career as Professional Services Manager in Indonesia.  Hendra’s commercial and business acumen has transformed the Indonesia Professional Services business into one of the strongest in the region, that has consistently delivered profitable returns through his leadership in complex engagements and in collaboration with other Business Units.  In the last few years, Hendra was appointed as a key Enterprise Architect for the Service Provider practice for Asia Pacific where he successfully led many complex transformational projects with clients.

Hendra graduated from Universitas Surabaya majoring in Chemical Engineering in 1998.

Mizuho Tada

President Director, PT. NTT Indonesia

Mizuho Tada is President Director, PT. NTT Indonesia of NTT Ltd. As the President Director, Mizuho manages the business end-to-end for NTT’s Managed ICT infrastructure and data center for Indonesia.

Mizuho has been leading the business in Indonesia since July 2017.

Mizuho has over 25 years of experience in the industry, spanning across ICT solutions, Open/Closed Network, Cloud and application management, data center and information security for international customers.

Prior to PT.NTT Indonesia, Mizuho was a Regional Director for France and Benelux at NTT in Europe.

Henrick Choo

CEO, Malaysia

Henrick Choo is CEO, Malaysia of NTT Ltd. In his role, Henrick is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT Ltd. in Malaysia.

Henrick was previously Country General Manager of Dimension Data Malaysia and has been with the company for more than 14 years.

Henrick has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT services industry with expertise for people, operations and profit & loss management.

Henrick has held various senior positions with leading IT companies including IBM, Oracle and BMC Software. Henrick holds a Bachelor of Science (Information System) from Campbell University, North Carolina.

Hideki Tachi

CEO, Vietnam

Hideki Tachi is CEO, Vietnam of NTT Ltd. In his role, Hideki manages the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for Vietnam.

Hideki was previously CEO of NTT Communications Vietnam, leading the business in Vietnam since October 2017.

Prior to this, he was the Director of Marketing in Global Business at NTT Communications, where he worked with various group companies to strengthen collaborative sales within the NTT Group.

Hideki joined NTT in April 1996, and he has over 20 years of experience in global ICT business. Hideki holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sophia University in Japan and a Master of Business Administration from the International University of Japan.

Ireen Catane

CEO, Philippines

Ireen Catane was appointed CEO, Philippines of NTT Ltd. on 1 July 2020. As the CEO, Ireen is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT Ltd. in Philippines. NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 businesses, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.

With 28 years of experience, Ireen has held key end-user and channel sales, marketing, and management positions in the IT industry. Prior to joining NTT Ltd., Ireen was Enterprise Commercial Director at Microsoft Philippines.

Ireen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science major in Computer Technology from De La Salle University. She is pursuing her master’s degree in Business Administration from Jack Welch Management Institute.

Jason Chung

CEO, Korea

Jason Chung was appointed CEO, Korea of NTT Ltd. on 1 October 2019.  As the CEO, Jason is responsible for developing the strategy and driving business growth for NTT Ltd. in Korea.  NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 businesses, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.

Jason was previously General Manager Dimension Data Korea since September 2014. With over 30 years of expertise in sales, consulting services and systems integration in the ICT industry, Jason has worked in various global and national organizations. Prior to Dimension Data, he was the General Manager/Vice President of IBM Korea’s Software Group. He has also held senior positions in Sun Microsystems, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), POSDATA.

Jason holds a PhD Artificial Intelligence from Lehigh University, in Pennsylvania, United States of America.

Nick Wakai

CEO, Singapore

Nick Wakai is CEO, Singapore of NTT Ltd. In his role, Nick is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT Ltd. in Singapore.

Nick joined NTT in 1989 and has played an integral role in setting up offices in China, Taiwan and Korea.

Nick has been President and CEO of NTT Singapore since July 2017, with over 30 years of international telecommunications industry leadership and management experience.

Nick holds a Master degree of Arts, International Economics from International University of Japan and a Bachelor of Faculty of Law from Keio University.

Simon Gillespie

CEO, New Zealand

Simon Gillespie is CEO, New Zealand of NTT Ltd. Simon is responsible for all aspects of the New Zealand operation and answers to the New Zealand customer base, employees and the Asia Pacific Executive Leadership Team.

Simon executes the NTT Ltd Group strategy in New Zealand. Simon re-joins NTT Ltd from Spark, New Zealand’s dominant Telco and IT Integrator, where he held roles leading the Corporate and Enterprise customer base.

Prior to joining Spark, Simon held a number of positions with Dimension Data over a 20-year period, starting as a field engineer and finishing as New Zealand CEO.

Sutas Kongdumrongkiat

CEO, Thailand

Sutas Kongdumrongkiat is CEO, Thailand of NTT Ltd. In his role, Sutas manages the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.

Prior to his current role, Sutas was Managing Director of Dimension Data Thailand since July 2007.

Sutas has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, where he held various senior positions in multi-national companies in Thailand, such as Country Director of SAP Thailand and Country Director of Avaya Thailand and Indochina.

Sutas holds an MBA from Thammasat University, Thailand, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in the UK.
