Nikhil heads Globesoft Services and is responsible for building the organisation from scratch and scaling the business across both permanent and contract recruitment across the Asia Pacific region.

Nikhil has more than 22 years’ experience in the Talent Acquisition space, covering Asia and the U.S., and has led large, high performing regional delivery teams.

He is an expert in technology recruitment with an excellent market reputation of being able to deliver with great success. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong network across the region.

Prior to joining Globesoft Services, Nikhil held senior leadership positions with top tier Executive Search firms apart from working with renowned banks like Merrill Lynch and DBS Bank.

Nikhil holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Economics degree from Delhi University, as well as a Master in International Trade degree.

Abigail is a resourceful headhunter who has successfully filled mid to senior roles within Banking, Finance, Retail, Logistics, IT, Technology, Manufacturing and Healthcare industries in APAC region.

A gritty headhunter, Abigail uses both ATL (Above the line) and BTL (Below the Line) sourcing efforts to achieve the desired results, endeavoring to provide the best talent for her clients. She undertakes to understand her clients’ staffing needs, role requirements before embarking on a search for the best suited candidates. She manages the end-to-end recruitment process for her clients and plays the role of a career advisor to her candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates.

Selishia has been in the field of professional recruitment for over 4 years. She is a fast-paced, highly energetic and charismatic entrepreneur with a background as a consistent achiever in industry-wide recruitment efforts. She has recruited for roles ranging from specialists to C-level executives across all business verticals during her work assignments in Malaysia and Singapore.

Selishia is a motivated problem-solver focused on crafting individual strategies to manage influencers in the job search process. She brings with her a deep understanding of varying market conditions and offers a consultative approach to both clients and candidates.

Selishia joined Globesoft in 2018 as a Senior Consultant. She holds a double degree in Human Resource Management from Taylor’s University. During her spare time, she enjoys playing the drums, learning new languages, and going on quests for the best street food in the city.

Shabir has around 8 years’ overall experience primarily in sales, business development and account management. He comes from the Banking industry, having worked in two premium Banks – OCBC and UOB. He has a stellar track record in sales having won multiple sales related awards, including Top Sales award for 3 consecutive years.

He changed careers in 2016, moving into the Executive Search industry with specialisation in sales and generalist roles. Work aside, Shabir is a Marvel franchise fanatic who rarely misses new releases, is passionate about running, and enjoys spending time with his lovely Ragdoll which is named after a Marvel character.

Since 2009, Suvarna has been recruiting for various technologies including IT infrastructure, Application, ERP, and many others, across the Asia Pacific region. She strives to be the link between a great job and a great candidate.

Over the last six years she has built an extensive network of mid to senior level professionals within the Singapore Information Technology sector. Her exemplary planning, superior mapping skills, and utmost perseverance help her find the right candidates.

Inspired by its strong teamwork culture, commitment to talent development, and good work-life balance, Suvarna joined Globesoft in August 2018. As a Senior Consultant, her focus is on providing value added contracts and permanent staffing services to both clients and candidates.

Suvarna holds a Bachelor in Engineering in Information Technology degree from the Visvesvaraya Technological University and is a Certified Recruitment Professional.

During her free time, Suvarna enjoys travelling, cooking, reading, spending time with her family. She is also an Intermediate Yoga practitioner.

Sumit has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment for technology and other resources requirements for the financial and other services industries. He has placed hundreds of permanent and contractual resources, some of whom were niche hires at big MNCs. Sumit also has prior experience working as an in-house recruiter for a reputable automotive company where he was instrumental in building a 5-member company to a team of 75 in just 10 months, along with designing the entire organisation structure and framing the HR policies and HR handbook. He also comes with previous experience in campus hiring.

Sumit has extensive regional experience, having undertaken search projects in the ASEAN region, specifically in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. He contributes to his role through his in-depth knowledge of the industry and business development. He strongly believes in being a true partner to his clients, helping them grow their business by recruiting not just managers, but leaders.

Sumit holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree and a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Queensland (Australia), with specialisation in International Business.

Vaishali has 9 years of professional experience in Business Development and Account Management within the Fintech and Recruitment industries.

Within her 7 years in the Recruitment domain, she has gained immense knowledge in the latest technologies and trends and has built an amazing network. She has worked with clients in the Banking, Manufacturing, Retail and IT industries.

Vaishali’s work philosophy is “Take good care of your customers, or someone else will!” She firmly believes that good communication is the key to successful business relationships.

Work aside, Vaishali enjoys spending time with her lovely daughter and binge-watching latest T.V. series.

Deepan comes with extensive experience in sales, business development, account management, talent acquisition, and executive search. He specialises in information technology recruitment for both permanent and contract roles across all business verticals.

In his 10 years in IT Recruitment, Deepan has successfully hired candidates from North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region, and has built an extensive network of global candidates. With established core skills in search and recruitment, he has successfully managed recruitment projects across startups, consulting, professional services, and end-user companies.

Deepan holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis University and is a LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter.

Manshi comes with 5 years of solid recruitment experience hiring mid to senior technology professionals of the Financial sector and other service industries. She is a high energy, result oriented and dedicated recruitment professional with demonstrated ability to source and place candidates across all domains in highly competitive markets.

She is deeply passionate about this industry and is always willing to go an extra mile which has helped develop deep relationships with candidates and clients. These qualities have helped her succeed in placing mid to senior level skilled an talented professionals for various technologies including permanent and contractual hires across the Asia Pacific region.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading fiction and is a big foodie.

Rajkumar has over 8 years of hands-on experience in IT and general recruitment within various domains including IT Consulting, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare Services, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Marketing, and E-Commerce.

With outstanding searching skills through LinkedIn, social media, and Google, Rajkumar excelled in the Asia-Pacific and in the US IT recruitment arenas. His expertise in using job portals like Naukri, Monster (USA, Singapore, and UK), Dice, CareerBuilder, Techfetch, Jobsite, JobServe, E-Finacila Careers, JobStreet, and Jobs DB has enabled him to consistently deliver on clients’ requirements. He has notable placed the right candidates with niche IT skills within clients specified timelines.

Rajkumar holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources from Anna University.
