Jeremy Ord

Chairman

Jeremy has held numerous executive roles, accelerating the Group’s ambition to deliver comprehensive, innovative, and award-winning ICT results across the globe. As one of the founders of Dimension Data in 1983, Jeremy’s roles within the company have been that of Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman.Outside of Dimension Data, Jeremy is also the Non-executive Director of Britehouse and Tradebridge. As a great sports enthusiast, Jeremy has a special interest in cycling.

Werner Kapp

Chief Executive Officer, Middle East and Africa, NTT Ltd.

Werner started in the IT industry in the mid 90’s and joined Dimension Data in 2000, in its services division. He was responsible for the Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Gauteng businesses respectively, achieving significant client experience, revenue, and people growth during his tenure in these roles.

In 2015, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, with accountability for all business operations in Southern Africa, East Africa, and the Middle East. Werner has a law degree from the Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, a Master’s in Business Leadership from the UNISA School of Business and he completed the NTT Global Leadership Development Programme at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is passionate about what technology can achieve for economic and social growth and loves the daily challenge of engaging clients and employees of diverse cultures across the continent.

Werner is married to Claudette, and they have two daughters and a son. In his spare time, he enjoys running.

Zellah Fuphe

Chief Corporate Governance Director

Driven by a passion to help change the behaviour of people to benefit society, Zellah has found her niche in her role at Dimension Data. After starting her career in HR, Zellah gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a diverse number of roles and industries, and served on the boards of various companies. Zellah looks forward to using her experience to contribute to enabling sustainable growth of the Dimension Data group, through sound business principles and ethical conduct in line with her personal values.

Setumo Mohapi

Chief Go-To-Market Officer

Dr. Setumo Mohapi is an experienced leader with accolades and achievements from various positions in the public and private sectors. In July 2019, Setumo re-joined Internet Solutions as Managing Executive to lead the company in the next chapter of its growth story. From April 2020, he has taken on the role of Chief Go-To-Market Officer for Dimension Data.

With his experience, expertise and strong leadership skills, Setumo is focused on shaping the company’s success by delivering unparalleled connectedness and digitisation capability for South Africa and the wider continent.

Saki Missaikos

Chief Strategy Officer

Saki is passionate about the power and possibilities that technology has to offer the world we live in. Spending over 23 years at Dimension Data, he has filled many executive roles including Dimension Data MEA sales director and Internet Solutions business CEO. His experience ensures he is constantly optimising Dimension Data’s solutions and working to ensure the company remains relevant. Currently he is responsible for defining Dimension Data’s strategy, thereby setting it apart from its competitors.

Steven Nathan

Chief Corporate Finance Officer

Steven’s career began in the early 90’s as the financial director of Oro Africa. Having helped nurture its success for 20 years, he moved on to the role of marketing director for Rand Refinery, followed by a directorship at Distell Ltd. Steven is currently working with the Group on their mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy and he will continue to support them for a period. He will then work closely with Saki and Grant Bodley to execute Dimension Data’s M&A strategy, as well as concluding our current BBBEE transaction.

Michaela Voller

Chief Human Resources Officer

Michaela  is passionate about using tools, tech and robotics to transform employee careers into worthwhile experiences.  She believes that by adopting technology and creating solutions using robotics to do mundane tasks, you simplify business processes, and improve the employee and ultimately customer experience. She is most excited when people are given the ability and time to do work that inspires them and enables them to focus on the more creative and analytical aspects of their work.

Manelisa Mavuso

Chief Marketing Officer

Manelisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in various executive roles across the telecommunications, banking and advertising industries. In his role as Chief Marketing Executive, Manelisa leads the group marketing function across all our operating companies. He is passionate about the important role that marketing plays within an organisation and how we can continue to gain a better understanding of the customer base. He is excited about the market opportunities that lie ahead for Dimension Data.

Barry Curtin

Chief Financial Officer

After qualifying at KPMG in Johannesburg, Barry spent the early part of his career in the financial services industry in London. After joining Dimension Data in 2009 as the commercial lead, he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for the Middle East and Africa at the age of 35. Much of his focus is on the execution of Dimension Data's global strategy which seeks to transform it's operating model, adopt shared services and digitise certain operations and business processes. Barry strives to be involved in successful M&A activity across the DD Group.
